I went to my super fun digi image Sketched Cupcake from STAMPlorations.  I just love that this image can be re-sized.  I went BIG!

I artsy, water colored this cupcake, added a gold star, and laughed when I found this perfect sentiment!

I just love this BIG cupcake!

And More Challenges

As I stated a couple of days ago, the temps here in AZ are stupid hot - through next week!  That said, I was holed up in my stamp room creating away the week end.  I'm good with that, and also the challenges that I joined in.

Let's start with CAS on Sunday #233; Condolences.  Not a card I like making, [though I am happy with this one] but good to have on hand!  I used the colors from Color Throwdown #696.

I actually used a Martha Stewart punch for the butterfly!  Can't tell you how long it's been since that happened! LOL.

I sponged on the ink, and used a few unbranded dies for the die cuts.  The sentiment is from Simon Says Pawprints on Our Hearts.  Yep, a pet sympathy set, but it works for people too. Yay.

I went on to join in the Just Add Ink #607 - Pick 2 - Coffee, Tea, Friend.  [You can tell what I chose]. Also, I used the colors from the MFT Color Challenge #191, and lastly, the Inkspirational Challenge #267; Use a digital element.

I used a digi image from STAMPlorations; Coffee Bloom Prints for the coffee cup, and colored it with Copics.  The Sweet Friend is a die set from CAS-ual Fridays; Sweet Friend Dies.

My coffee drinking friend is going to love this! 😀

Addicted to CAS Challenge #194

This is going to be a full gallery! We all make birthday cards :)

I went totally easy for my card today by using 2 digis and printing directly onto the card base.  Folded it in half and colored the STAMPlorations Digi Sketched Cupcake.

The sentiment is a freebie that Hannelie Bester gave out awhile ago.

I just adore easy cards sometimes!  This one is fun~

STAMPlorations Inspirations #309

It's time for my weekly STAMPlorations Inspiration post.  I've been noticing "larger" images for cards lately.  Well, that's where today's card came from.

Can you say DIGI?  I love that you can adjust the size of the fun digi's you can get from the STAMPlorations Digi Store.  This Sketched Cupcake Digi is so perfect for a fun birthday card!

I also love the sentiment I found from the Hope Blooms stamp set.  Perfect right?  😀  A light colored frosting, and a polka dotted colored cupcake wrapper makes this card a winner in my stash!

STAMPlorations Inspirations #308

It's time again for another STAMPlorations inspiration.  Today I am using a digi from the store, Sketched Blooms Digi.  This set comes with 4 different awesome flower images for $5 -- but you can use my 20% off code [see below] and it's only $4!

I used a basic layout, [which I do love], I used my Scan & Cut to cut the image out, and then colored the image with Copics.

2020 Fall Winter Coffee Hop - Day 1

Shery over at STAMPlorations has a fun coffee freebie available, and I had to get one and play [again] in the 2020 Fall Winter Coffee Hop. I have said before, I "see" a card.  This happened when I saw this image! I instantly thought of Yana's Copic Blending- Free Coloring technique.  While I am not-even-close as good as she is - I still had fun doing my card. :)

I also used one of the stickers from Coffee Heaven.  I love the mixed fonts on these fun stickers.

Seize the Birthday Challenge

This is a nice change for me.  I rarely use colored card bases.  Not sure why either as they do look really good.

For my card I was totally inspired by Joy Taylor's card.  I instantly loved it, and figured I could use the images I had to make it, so I did.

Isn't it totally cute!  I love it. 😁 I used the retired MFT Birthday Girl.  While this particular set is retired, they have many other Birthday Girl sets. For the cupcake, it is a digital from STAMPlorations; Cupcake Blooms and Coffee.

I just loved the way Joy had her dress match the background paper.  Yeah, I thoroughly enjoy this card, and making it!
