Just Us Girls Challenge #843 - Die Week

Yeah, so I might have mentioned [over the years] that I pretty much do not like Halloween.  That said, when there is a challenge... well, I gotta do it!  After searching, I finally found a Halloween stamp set; Memory Box Pumpkin Kisses. [kind of an adorable set for sure!]

Even though this is a totally CAS card, that ghost is too fun!

=============

Now, the original post... Below is the card I made first, along with the verbiage.

Surprisingly enough, this card totally made me smile!  That little mummy is beyond fun.  In all disclosure, these were a freebie digital set I got last year.  I do not have ANY dies for Halloween, so, a hand cut is going to have to work for this challenge.

Where did I find the Halloween set?  In my new stack of goodies from Memory Box!  I literally just went through the products after I made this post.  Hence, there being 2 cards - 1 correct, 1 improvised.

Your turn!  Come on over to JUGS #843 and play along.

Memory Box Day

Once again, I am using a set out of the Christmas Charm Release.  I used the cute Gift Penguin Dies, along with the Sending Joy Timeless Script Dies for the sentiment.

A fun CAS Christmas card!

How is your stash of Christmas cards coming?  Do you even send out Christmas cards?

See you next month with another new release ~

Memory Box Day

I'm still working with the Christmas Charm Release.  This card is out of my wheel house, but it ended up being okay with me!

I used the Log Cabin Scene Die Set, and cut out all the pieces. Taking my time, I glued the pieces together, and then after creating the background inking and the big moon [a self made circle stencil], adhered to my card base.

I opted for no sentiment since this scene is so fun.  We just got back from Yellowstone Park, and this scene definitely reminds me of the park!

I'll be back next Sunday with another Memory Box card for you~

Memory Box Day

Another birthday card using Memory Box products.

I wanted to use the Heirloom Candlestick Holder candle from the Christmas Charm Release as something rather than Christmas. I think I accomplished that! I started with the Cinched Frames for the card panel, and then cut out a bunch of presents from Gift Galore Dies, adhered them together, and then placed around the candlestick bottom.  I added an embossed HB on vellum from the Birthday Greetings, and this lovely birthday card was complete.

I think this card will brighten up someone's day!

See you next week~

Memory Box Day

I'm going with another Christmas card for today from the Christmas Charm Release.

I started with the Polkadot Stencil using some embossing paste for snow on the card base. I cut a small panel with the Fan Stitched Scalloped Arch Frames, and built on top of that. The foliage came from Pine & Berries Sprigs, and the adorable bird from Holiday Robin. [Yes, he is an albino robin 😉]

I opted for no sentiment, but will stamp the inside with a Christmas greeting before mailing.

That's it for this month.  I'll return next month with more fun creations using Memory Box Co supplies.

Memory Box Day

I am continuing on stocking up my Christmas card stash.  That said, even though it's August, I made a Christmas card for today's post using the new products from the Christmas Charm Release.

I started with the Scalloped Arched Frames using some dimensional tape between the layers.  Using the Greenery Solid Core Cardstock Pack, I cut out the ivy, and using the Blush Solid Core Cardstock Pack, cut out the berries.  I adhered all together, and then I adhered to the top layer of frames.

I cut out the Merry Christmas Timeless Script sentiment 3 times in white, and once in glitter, glued all together, and adhered onto a vellum backing.  I adhered that onto my card, and that my friends completes another card for my stash!

See you next week with another Christmas card~

Memory Box Day

Another very colorful flower basket!

For this card I used the following Memory Box products; Fan Stitched Scalloped Arch Frames, Harvest Basket, Arched Flower Basket, Woven Flower Basket, and Birthday Greetings.

I entered this into the Simon Says Monday Challenge too!

I just adore a beautiful basket of flowers!

See you in a couple of weeks with more Memory Box products.

Memory Box Day

It's still Christmas in July for my Memory Box day.  For some added fun, I made an edge to edge shaker card.

I used the following products for this card; Cranberry Card Stock, Pinpoint Flower Plate, Evergreen Holly Bundle Dies, and Sending Joy Timeless Script.  Since these dies come in their own envelope for storing, I used one of the die packaging for the shaker cover.

I see I missed the i tittle - whoops.  I'll have to fix that before I mail off this card.

That's it for my July cards~See you next month.

Addicted to CAS Challenge #313 - Trees

I popped over to Pinterest for some inspiration.  Found it!

I was so attracted to the soft background trees and then the pop of the wonderful tree silhouette. [Memory Box Gathered Tree Trunks]. Putting it on a mini slimline - yep, I'm all about this card!

Your turn!

Come on over to Addicted to CAS Challenge #313 and show us how you use trees on your card!

Memory Box Day

It's another Memory Box day for me, and we are still sharing Christmas in July cards.

This little cutie was easy to glue together. I want to say that since I have struggled with getting a finished image using die cut images from other companies. So it's just a FYI statement.  Anyway, this is Benson Mouse.  He completely made me smile.  The trees are from Evergreen Tree Stand.

The sentiment is Merry Christmas Timeless Script cut out of the Cherry Red Card Stock.

I hope you enjoyed Benson in the woods~

It's Christmas in July for Memory Box.  A hugh new release too!

I am rather happy with this end result! Good thing my cards are one-of-kind - this took some time to create :).
