I used a beautiful embossing folder with the coloring a ef technique. While it's a very busy card, it is striking!
Your turn. Come on over to the AAA Birthday Challenge site and play along. Because we are celebrating our birthday, there will be random picked prizes! Hope to see you there~
See the layering colors in the photo below?? I used the Greenery 6x6 Cardstock Pad and chose a few of the different shades of green. I used the Birthday Greetings Die to cut the greens, and then adhered them together behind the top layer of this card.
And, because of all the layering leftovers, I ended up getting a 2fer card!
You can see the layered HB from the left over die cuts. I do love a 2fer! 😀
I have to say, I ended up loving these colors together! I went to my friend Pinterest for an inspiration photo and found the perfect one to showcase these lovely colors.
I am in love with this card! The color against the white makes me so happy.
Your turn! Come on over to the AAA Card Challenge #313 and show us how you use these colors. Remember to make it CAS.
It's Saturday and that means it is my CutCardStock Day! I am finding that using a geometric style card, I can show off even more of the fabulous colors that are offered over on CCS!
I was going through some stamps, and I found a die from Altenew and knew I had to use it for my card today. I used the following colors from CCS; 130# Bright White [for the card base you can't see], Patriot Blue[looks black in the photo], Dark Teal, Aqua, Tangy Orange, TexturedFlamingo, and finally, Vellum.
Added a butterfly, and sentiment, and this card for today is done~
