CutCardStock Day

Today I made a really bright card! This time of year I totally love yellow.

I used the following colors of card stock: Astrobright Solar Yellow and 80# Cougar White Smooth. Only 2 colors, but with the added inks, I'm very happy with the end result!

Addicted to CAS Challenge #314 - Water

Well this is my type of challenge!

I used my oval dies [keeping with the current trend], brushed on ink for a gorgeous ocean, added a little ground with sand, and added this adorable ephemera turtle [I won] from Not 2 Shabby. He so makes me smile.

I added a complementary sentiment, and this fun card is complete!

Just Us Girls Challenge #835 - Die Week

I'm the Hostess for this week's challenge. I like to make it easy to join in by leaving it anything goes. Is that really a challenge? Probably not, but it's an easy card to enter for sure.

This is my favorite time of year -- all about the beach! I love this shell and it sure works for this challenge. I went through my stash of inked panels and these colors [kind of] reminded me of the beach, so, I went with it, and using the die, cut it out.

A very CAS card that I'm good with.

The Male Room Challenge #213 - Job/Profession

I'm curious to see the gallery with this topic.

I saw a video by one of the influencers using acrylic paint and scraping it onto some water color paper. I have done this in the past - and as norm, forgot about it. Well it worked perfectly for this challenge.

I actually have a friend whose son is going to art school! I used some images to represent art work, and then of course there is the paint. Win-win!

I guess I am into primary colors this week. My card yesterday used them too! Good thing I like them.

STAMPlorations Day

I'm a day early since my blog tomorrow is rather full tomorrow.

I made a fun easel card using the Comic Pop Pocket Backdrops panels, and the Digital Cupcake. I absolutely love the colors on these backdrops, and of course the digital cupcake that can be sized to whatever size you want. The advantage of digital images for sure.
