Addicted to CAS Challenge

I am happy to say that I am now on the Addicted to CAS Challenge Team!  I was on this team years ago, and it is nice to be back!  Thanks for having me Kylie :)

This 2 week challenge is all about snowflakes.  That's an easy one :)

 I used a really old die set [retired] from Sweet & Sassy, and layered them up, while still maintaining all the white space.

The sentiment is from CAS-ual Fridays Sugarplum Fairies.

SCS Color Challenge Cards

This is a first.  The colors of the SCS Color Challenge this week; Cranberry, Gumball Green and Vanilla with a dessert of Christmas, were so awesome together, I ended up making 2!  I never make 2! :)

I made this first card using Sweet & Sassy's Christmas Light.  (I won this set with a matching die about 8 months ago)  I instantly thought of set this with the Christmas dessert.

Isn't this just fun!  Yeah, I really like this set a lot!  I also used Gina K Designs Pretty Patterns for the background stamping.

I am also trying to win some Verve by playing in the July monthly sketch challenges over at SCS.  The sketch this week was lovely

To be honest, I actually did win this Verve stamp set, Bloom & Grow, along with the matching die, from Jen del Muro's blog commenting.  However, you can't have too much Verve~ :).  I happen to love free.
