Heartfelt Creations March Alumni Hop

I'm doing both the Heartfelt Creations Alumni Hop, and I put in an item on my card, so it qualifies for the Coffee Lovers Hop too. 😀 

I used one of the preprinted frames from the Peacock Paisley Paper Collection for the card base.  I inked sprayed a sheet of regular card stock, and then stamped and cut out the images from the Delightful Daisies Cling Stamps [with matching dies].

I used a sentiment from For My Friend Sentiments Cling Stamps.

For the final step, I added a coffee cup to qualify for the Coffee Lovers Hop.

Coffee Lovers Hop - Day 7

Onto Day 7 of the Coffee Lovers Hop.  Have you played yet?  I just have a ton of fun when this hop comes around.

Years ago, Shery [from STAMPlorations] was making digital paper.  I downloaded a bunch, and forgot I had them!  Today fixes that!  It is a mixed media look, which I feel goes pretty good with the other digital cup image that she currently sells, Coffee Bloom Print - [it's only $1.80 with my discount!]

I also used the Hugs word die for some added fun.

Spring Summer Coffee Lovers Hop - Day 6

Day 6 -- I am having so much fun creating all my fun coffee cards.

So far, this is my most favorite of my coffee cards!  I started with  CAS-ual Fridays Coffee By The Beans Stencil and inked up the back panel using the Pinked Slimlines Dies also from CFS. I went on to use the To Go Cup die from CAS-ual Fridays, a sentiment from Hot Coffee stamp set, again from CAS-ual Fridays.

I used an actual Starbucks sleeve for my sleeves, along with a couple of fun stbx logos I had in my stash.  I am rather thrilled with this slimline card!  Feel free to use my code and save 15% off any CFS purchase!

STAMPlorations Inspiration #312 & Day 5 Coffee Lovers Hop

It's time for the STAMPlorations inspiration today, and also Day 5 of the Coffee Lovers Hop.  As I was going through my STAMP products, I came across some beautiful Botanical Backgrounds Stickers [that of course I forgot I had!].  I decided I would see what I could create.

Aren't these just stunning!  These soft colored flowers and leaves look like gorgeous water colored images to me.  Since painting is really not my forte, these stickers worked perfectly!

I even cut one of the flowers to fit on the outside of the coffee cup!

      I used the Layered Hello from the Skinny Sentiments die set.  I love the layering of these words.

Spring Summer Coffee Lovers Hop - Day 4

We are onto Day 4 of the Coffee Lovers Hop.  Are you having fun yet?  I am!

Today I am also joining in over at the Less is More Challenge #439 - 1/3 inking.

I started by using the Plaid Maker Stencil from ARTplorations, and then I stamped the coffee cup image from STAMPlorations Better Together, along with a small sentiment from the same set.  The coffee die is from CAS-ual Fridays.

 

I think I got inking in 1/3 while keeping it CAS. :)

Spring Summer Coffee Lovers Hop - Day 3

While I am playing in the CLH, today is also my CAS-ual Fridays day.  Such a win win since CFS is also a Super Sponsor! 

I went with a musical CAS coffee card, because I am also entering this into the CAS on Sunday Challenge #201 - Music.  For my card I used [the awesome] To Go Cup Die, and the musical notes and sentiment from the Love Note Stamp Set.

I like the colored card base.  I don't do that very often, but I think it works for this card :).

Spring Summer Coffee Lovers Hop - Day 2

For today's card, I used the super fun cup stamp and die from The Stamps of Life.  This big ole cup is awesome!  [It is also no longer available]  They do have this one though.

I used a couple of feather dies and inked them up, and cut out the Thanks from a in-my-stash inked panel.  The You is from Simon Says.

A fun card that will work for my neighbor!  I'll be back tomorrow~

Spring Summer Coffee Lovers Hop - Day 1

Today is it!  The Coffee Lovers Hop starts, and here on my blog, you will see a week of coffee cards.

Today I am featuring the 2 Sponsor companies that I design for; STAMPlorations and CAS-ual Fridays.

I am always drawn to using a single cup on a card - it just works.  I used Coffee To Go; Fall and Winter, and one of the stickers from Good Things.

I used the Circles All Over Texture Plate [for the base texture], along the Hex All Over ARTplorations Stencil for the panel added coloring.  While I did colored the cup front, you can't see it from the vellum.  It is there though really :)

For my CAS-ual Friday coffee card, I used another favorite die, the big cup, from the Coffee Cup Die Set.

This is for my sister, and she likes dots -- I'm thinking she will love this one :)

I used one of the fun, large sentiments from Coffeeisms stamp set.
