Happy Little Stamper October Stencil Challenge

I'm starting to really get busy creating Christmas cards.  Time is a flyin by...  For my card this month, I went with a mini slimline.  This size is just perfect for mailing!  I used my Newton's Nook Argyle Stencil.  This is a dual stencil that is created for PERFECTION line up!  [I wish all layers stencils had this easy of use.]  I inked on the diamond shape, and used gold pigment ink for the dotted lines.

The poinsettia is a retired Spellbinders die that I have had for years.  I use it for every Christmas - it's so fun!

I 3x layered the MC topping with gold glitter paper.  Not sure who's this is - but I really like it.

Okay, your turn.  You have all month to join in over at HLS Stencil Challenge.

A Couple More Challenges

I once again got a couple of emails with challenges - well of course I wanted to join in!

Let's start with Inkspirational #275; stencils.

I used the [super fun] Newton's Nook Argyle Stencil Set for my background.  I do love this layered stencil!  It works perfectly for Christmas cards.

I went on to join in the Color Hues Challenge #50; Purple & Orange.

I water colored some background squares, and then I used the Simon Says Fab Flower Die to cut out a few flowers.  These colors give off such a retro vibe, and flowers help. :)

I used the retired MFT Emmit Letters for the HB.  An appropriate card for my friends - we grew up with retro! :)

Thanks Challenges - I had another fun day~

Just Us Girls Challenge #613 - Word Week

Happy 2022 to you!

This is a great beginning for 2022.

I went with a beachy wine card using the Wine Not Dies from Kat's Scrappiness.  I just adore these fun dies.

I used a Cloud Stencil from Newtons Nook Designs, and I used some silver mirror paper for the [MFT retired] glasses lens -- looks really fun in real life.

Okay, it's your turn!  Come on over to the JUGS Challenge #613 and play along!  Start the New Year out right.
