2021 Fall Winter Coffee Lovers Hop - Day 6

I'm on to Day 6 of the 2021 Fall Winter Coffee Lovers Hop.  Are you playing in this hop?  I just enjoy making coffee cards, so I play every time this hop runs.

Today I just made a card - no Sponsor.  I used the fun mittens die from Paper Sweeties, Stitched Tags #2, an Outlined Christmas Tree die from Simon Says [not available], a fern punch [from so many years ago....], and a snowflake die I purchased through Ebay, again, many years ago.

For the mittens, I used some coffee digital paper I had in my stash.  [I really do need to save the name of the company when I save digi paper.  SBT.]  The sentiment from Hero Arts Holiday Sayings worked perfectly with the fun mittens.

That's it for today's card.  Off to see what other stampers have created over at the gallery.

A New Challenge

I came across a new challenge; Peace on Earth Christmas Challenge #1.  They had a mood board that made me play along.  I had the perfect products!  Here is the mood board:

And here is my card:

I started with a "wood" tag [score, cover with ink].  I used Paper Sweeties Stitched Tags #2, and stamped the design with STAMPlorations Nordic Knit Tag.  I used the [super fun] Snow Marker. [Apply, heat up with a heat gun, and it becomes poofy! So fun.]

I cut out a couple of the ivy from Tim Holtz Sizzix Big Greens Thinlits for the greenery, and added a Simon Says Christmas Sentiment Strip. [I just love these strips].  That was a fun challenge!  I do enjoy mood boards -- so inspiring.

Thanks Peace on Earth Christmas Challenge - I had fun. 😀

 I won a prize from the Coffee Lovers Hop from Paper Sweeties, so I used my new set; Stitched Tags #2 stamp set with matching dies; Sweet Cuts Stitched Tags #2.

I used designer paper from Dare 2B Artzy, and a MC from Poppy Stamps [retired].

Okay, your turn!  Just pick your card and join in the fun over at Just Us Girls Challenge #516 for the last 2019 challenge!

Paper Sweeties Life Planner Series June 2018

Today is June 1st and that means it is time for my Paper Sweeties Monthly calendar.  This will be my last one, as I have stepped down from this team.  That said, I have had a blast making the past 6 months of monthly planners, and many thanks to Paper Sweeties for having me on the team!

When making my month planner, I like to pick 3 colors and stay within that color scheme.  This month was turquoise, navy and yellow, [with a small amount of lavender].

I used the following stamp sets from Paper Sweeties;

Paper Sweeties Planner Series - March 2018

It's the first of the month, and that means it is time for the Paper Sweeties Planner Series.  For the month of March, I went with green.

I finally figured out a better way of photographing my calendar!  Overhead shot.  So easy, and you get a better view of the entire calendar -- win win.

Here are a couple of close ups.

Here is a list of the Paper Sweeties products that I used:

A NEW Team! Paper Sweeties Life Planner Series 2018

Happy 2018 everyone!  One of my crafty goals for 2018 is to create out of my comfort zone.  I played in the Paper Sweeties last challenge in December, and I was so impressed by the photo inspiration they had, that I contacted the owner of Paper Sweeties, Debbie Marcinkiewicz, to let her know.  I also threw in my hat to design for her company.  I was thrilled when she wrote back to say that she had an opening on her Plan Your Life Series team!  I accepted, and today is my first Plan Your Life Series post.

Here is my planner for the entire month of January 2018;

I have to say, this was really fun to create!  Here are a couple of close ups;

While I used some other embellishments, washi tape, designer paper scraps, etc, I really want to show you the Paper Sweeties supplies I used.

Now keep in mind, Paper Sweeties has a ton of Planner Series sets, along with regular stamp sets, that you can use for your planner!  The Team and I will be posting our planners the 1st of every month, and yes, we will be strictly using Paper Sweeties sets for your inspiration.

Here are my teammates:

I hope you enjoyed my first Life Planner Series, along with my first 2018 post!  Let me know what you think~
