My Last Muse #120

It's been a fabulous time [trying] to motivate you all for playing over at the Muse Challenge over the last year and half.  While I have enjoyed being on this team, I do have to say it is probably the most stressful, ever!  Hoping that I inspire, that stampers create - akkk - very intimidating. I look forward to just playing in this challenge after this week :).

That said, here is my last card for this team.

I used my new Clearly Besotted stamp set, Everything Changes.  I have really been enjoying the solid image with the finely outlined black.  I am glad 2 stepped stamping is making a return.  It's fun to do.

I sure hope you decide to play along in my final challenge.  I can't wait to see what you create over at the Muse Challenge.

I'm the Muse for this week over at Muse.  My son has his BIG birthday coming this month and I am making different types of cards for it.  Then, I will pick out the one I like best :).

 I used the Hero Arts Tiny Flags with partial stamping, embossing and sponging.  Perfect nice, bright colors for his celebration.

Muse Challenge #111

It's Muse Challenge time, and I am the Muse!!

I am not sure what I like better; stripes, birds or water coloring.  Therefore, I figured what the heck, I'll do all 3!  I am using the newly released STAMPlorations Bee's Knees; Small Bird, with a sentiment from also newly released from STAMPlorations, Fond Expressions.

Muse #107 - ME

I went ahead and used some paper scraps and did some color blocking.  Not necessarily my bright color I usually use, but hey, they're scraps :)

Special Celebration for Muse #100

This week we are having our 100th Challenge special over at Muse!  The Team and some Special Guests are playing all week long AND there are prizes to be had over at the Muse blog!

I liked the cut out Michele used on her card.  It gave me a chance to use my new die from MFT, Stripes Cover Up.  A tiny red metallic heart using Scarlett Red Craft Metal Sheet, and this CAS case'd card is done.

It's my turn for being the Muse this week. 

Such a trendy card!  Sequins, shaker - oh so fun!  My die is Memory Box Large Circle Burst and my love is from STAMPlorations, Trendy Butterflies, along with the Simon Says You die.  Easy card, but with that lovely red against the white - it packs a punch for sure. :)

I love a strip of paper for a side border - it's my latest "love" :).  I used Inspired By Stamping Holiday Sentiments, and a die from Die-Namites, Elegant Holly.

Muse #92 -Mine & STAMPlorations Sketch #23

It's my turn over at the Muse Challenge this week.  Here is my card:

I am really loving the line drawn flowers I am seeing with a water colored background.  Since I am awful at hand drawing, I just used the fun flowers from Hero Arts Blossom Art.  I also used the giant Happy from MFT Party Balloons and the birthday from Hero Arts, Essential Messages.  My background is a dot stencil from WalMart.

I used STAMPlorations Art Deco Border Builders along with Sentiment Builder; Christmas & New Years. I also used some ink spray just to add to the background.

It's a Crazy One

It's a crazy Monday on my blog today. I am starting with the STAMPlorations Sketch;

I might have pushed it a little, but the general layout is there.  I used Vignette; Trendy Feathers.  This set really draws me back to it.  I just love the cute feathers.  I used embossing on the sentiment and the feathers, sticking a gold embossed feather in the back. [That is the October Monthly Challenge; stamps and embossing]

On to the Muse Challenge - I am the Muse this week.  Gosh, I am hoping my card inspires you!  It really is fun to see what is created from my card....

 I wasn't sure I loved this card, but I do like it.  I see potential for you all to make it even better! :)  I gold embossed Maya Road Vintage Doilies Stamps, and stamped my sentiment on vellum.  Definitely an easy card to recreate~  Have fun! [please ;)]

I'm the Muse plus...

I'm the Muse over at the Muse Challenge this week.  I sure hope this card gets some great responses.  It's rather embarrassing when no one is inspired... just hinting saying... :)

I started with some water color paper, heavily sprayed with water, and brushed on some paints.  My butterfly is from Cheery Lynn, Exotic Medium Butterfly and a sentiment from CAS-ual Fridays, Exclamations.

I sure hope this card inspires you to play along with the Muse Challenge at some point during the week.  I can't wait to see what you create!

Another Crazy Monday

I inked up my water color paper and laid a stencil over the top.  The stencil sort of takes away some of the water to leave the print.  I also used a Graphic 45 chipboard tag, and my sentiment is from Simon Says, Flower Friend.
