SCS Color Challenge #565 & STAMPplorations Inspirations #55

It's the SCS Color Challenge time!  This week we have an awesome traditional color combo; red, black & white.  Your dessert [should you decide to include it] is ribbon.  I am also using this is my STAMPlorations Inspiration#55 card.

As you can see, no dessert for mwah. :)  I used STAMPlorations Hope Blooms, and a scroll die from Cheery Lynn Designs Fanciful Flourish.

Ok, your turn.  Pop on over to the SCS Color Challenge #565 and play along. OR, come on over to STAMPlorations Blog and play along with that challenge!

I'm the Muse plus...

I'm the Muse over at the Muse Challenge this week.  I sure hope this card gets some great responses.  It's rather embarrassing when no one is inspired... just hinting saying... :)

I started with some water color paper, heavily sprayed with water, and brushed on some paints.  My butterfly is from Cheery Lynn, Exotic Medium Butterfly and a sentiment from CAS-ual Fridays, Exclamations.

I sure hope this card inspires you to play along with the Muse Challenge at some point during the week.  I can't wait to see what you create!

It is also STAMPlorations Sketch #19.  A fabulous, general sketch, that I really enjoyed!

 I used the stunning Bloom Sketches - Shery does such a nice job of creating fabulous images, don't you think? :)

We hope you play in the STAMPlorations Sketch Challenge #19 - you don't have to use STAMPlorations images, but if you have them, we would love to see them!

Finally, here is my A Walk Down Memory Lane Card for Monday;

Pop on over to the A Walk Down Memory Blog to see what supplies I used and a tutorial to make it.

SCS Color Challenge #484

For this week, Karen chose Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight and Cherry Cobbler with a dessert of an additional color. [I missed that part- sheesh]

I was a little worried about these colors, but my end result card I am quite happy with.  I used a Medium Exotic Butterfly from Cheery Lynn and fern.  My sentiment is from Hero Arts Essential Messages.

Do you like the colors?  Come on over to SCS Color Challenge and play along!  We would love to have you join in.

One Card - Lots of Challenges!

I went through the challenges that I wanted to join in, and amazingly, I was able to incorporate all of them with one card!  That doesn't happen very often - for me anyway.

I used the script bg from IBS Background Basics 3, along with a sentiment from Happy Occasions. My butterfly3 is Cheery Lynn.

Challenges I joined in;

CAS(E) this Sketch,

 Fusion Challenge [inspire photo],

Time Out Challenge [inspire photo],

Simon Says [button], and

Butterfly Challenge [use yellow]

Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge

Well, once again I am trying to win a Cheery Lynn Designs challenge!  I think I breath these dies, so maybe I will get lucky and WIN some! :)  This challenge #3 is red and green.

I used my NEW Holly Lace Flourish, and Topical Leaves, along with the Squares. So yep, entire card is CLD. Well, almost, the mc is Hero Arts - again from Holiday Sayings.  Because my green is a darker olive it kind of looks dark gray, but it is green.  I'm really liking the color against the white.

Well, I need to get working, no more playing for me tonight!  Thanks for stopping by~

Joan's and Cheery Challenges

My favorite die company, Cheery Lynn Designs is having a tag challenge, and Joan's Garden is having a box with a band challenge, along with Wee Memories #75 for tags and boxes.  I combined both, and now I have another gift for a co-worker.

A couple of different tags for the Cherry Lynn Designs Challenge.

The box for Joan's Garden Challenge, with a band.

This is the set together.

All dies were from Cheery Lynn Designs.(except the actual tag shape - PTI)  I just love my dies~ they so beat scissors! :)

CAS-ual and Clean

I love this card!  So easy, and I think so pretty! (Can I say that? HA - yep!) My colors are from CAS-ual Fridays - red, white & back, along with the sketch from Clean & Simple #156.  Have I mentioned that I ADORE dies!  The scroll die is from Cheery Lynn - oh I am in heaven!  The Tim Holtz Fan Flower die -- so much easier than creating by hand!  A sentiment stamp from Mark's Finest Papers Lilacs in the Summer  (on sale this week end 20% off!) and this easy card was done!
