Happy Little Stampers April ATC Challenge

For this month's ATC challenge, I instantly thought of my Graphic 45 paper pad I have.  I hoard this paper [I do love it] and only use it sporadically.  Today is one of those days...

I cut strips of this gorgeous paper to line the base of my ATC's.  I added birds from STAMPlorations For the Birds, along with a sentiment from the same set.

Have you played in this challenge yet?  Once again, I have to tell you how fun it is to make these "mini cards".  Give it a try - I bet you have fun!  You can upload your ATC HERE.

Happy Little Stampers ATC March Challenge

It's the time for the Happy Little Stampers ATC Challenge.  It's really sad how this challenge isn't being played.  I'm telling you, these ATCs are really fun to make!  Have you tried them?  I highly recommend it.

I inked up a panel of cardstock, cut it to ATC size [2.5 x 3.5], and then stenciled hearts over the ink.  Naturally, my photographs aren't showing this very good.

However, if you look closely, you can see the sponged on hearts.  Anyway, I added a punched heart, and a you word die for 'love you'.  ATCs can be as easy as you want, or as layered.  So many choices you have.

Pop on over to the Happy Little Stampers ATC Challenge to play along, and also to see what my teamies have created.  (These girls create amazing ATCs!)  You have all month to join in at this challenge.  Hope to see you there!

Happy Little Stampers ATC Challenge

Have I mentioned how much I enjoy being on this challenge team?  Yep, I totally love it - I totally enjoy making these fun ATCs!

I ended up making 4 this month.  [I am stocking up on present tags].  These ATCs are very versatile I must say. :)  I used some dies that I had, and a general mc sentiment.  These will work perfectly for my co-worker's gifts.

A coupe of close ups for you all.

Okay, that's it for me today.  Come on over to the Happy Little Stampers ATC Challenge, and show us your Holiday ATC's.  It's going to be a fun month!

Happy Little Stampers August ATC Challenge

I almost missed this DT challenge ATC!  That's what happens when you forget to complete your monthly calendar :).

This month is all about water.

I [once again] started with a Brushoed background.  Just wet your paper, sprinkle on powder ink, and re-spray with more water.  Once dry, I added some texture with an embossing folder, and stamped a sentiment.

Then, using a Spellbinders lobster die, I cut him out using another inked panel.  I do love these inked panels, and the vividness of the Brushos.

Your turn.  Come on over and join in the August HLS ATC Challenge.  I can't wait to see how you use water....

Happy Little Stamper's ATC Challenge

It's time for the April Happy Little Stamper's ATC Challenge.  Have you ever made an ATC?  These miniature cards are so fun to make!  This month is all about Butterflies.

To make a set of ATC's, I start out with a 3" long card stock, and I decorate the entire sheet's background.

I sponged the background, and did some stamping.  Once that was done, I cut the strip into 2.5 inch panels, and finished decorating my ATCs with some embossing paste, some tissue paper, and a small sentiment.  For the final step, I stamped a butterfly from Butterfly Birthday, on vellum, embossed, and fussy cut them out. Lastly, I adhered them onto the ATCs.  Another successful set of fun! :)

Your turn!  Come on over and join in the Happy Little Stamper's ATC Challenge. I look forward to seeing what is created.  Don't forget, there is a $20 gift certificate to HLS, for the winner!

Happy Little Stampers - ATC Challenge

I am playing today in the Happy Little Stampers December ATC Challenge; Christmas.  I am having so much fun making ATC's!

I was getting tired of using red and green, so purple was just the choice!  To make these ATC's I started with a piece of cardstock 4.24 x 5.5. I sprayed it with water and scrunched it into a ball.  I flatten it, dried it, and then sponged on color.  The ink grabs onto the "bumps" which adds depth and fabulous texture.  I then covered the piece with Versamark, and embossed with clear embossing powder.  This gives the base a leather like look.  Using HLS Mix Mash stamp set, I stamped on the circles.  I then cut the card panel for 2 ATCs!

I used STAMPlorations Christmas Baubles #2 for my ornament, a wreath from Simon Says [retired], and added some twine.  Yep, I turned these ATCs into ornaments, and/or a bookmark - whatever the recipient wants to use them for.

Another fun challenge HLS -- thanks!
