It's the 200th challenge for STB! WOWIE - fun times! There are even many prizes available. The only catch, you need to use the normal "optional" topping. The topping is be inspired by the above graphic. You can be inspired by anything that grabs you - color, balloons, etc.
Naturally, in my case, I was inspired by the entire graphic.
I water colored my panel, found a close font for birthday in the Simon Says Birthday Celebration set, and used a couple of the retired balloon die-namics for the balloons.
A fun card for me to make. I always like to be inspired ;).
