STV Blast from the Past Challenge

This is my card for Sharri's Back to the Past challenge over at STV.  Use glitter.  I went more subtle with just using glitter on my flowers.  The stripes and dots are my new cling stamps from Hero Arts - I absolutely had to buy these.  My favorite look is stripes and dots - I am not thrilled with the black I used on the pink, but you will see these stamps in all different colors in the future no doubt!  Fun times for me!  My Happy Birthday is GKD Inside and Out. I also need to give credit where credit is due - I got the inspiration for my card from one of my favorite stampers - ctornia - Cathleen, over at Crooked Card Creations.  She has the most beautiful and elegant cards~just check out her blog!!

Is this worth CASEing or what!  Love her work!!

QUESTION:  I am looking for opinions - do you like the clear photo or going on down further on my blog, do you like the softened photo look better?  I am on the fence so I figured I would ask you all - thanks for helping...

Okay, that's it for tonight.  I am going to start on re-organizing my stamp room... it is pretty scary right now~LOL.  Thanks for stopping by....

This is such a beautiful card vicki, I thought it was dp until I read your post. The black stripes on the pink looks great in the photo. Great border punch as well
I think I like the clear photo just a little better.

I love the soft look and really wish I knew how to do that!

I am going to be no help at all - I like both - maybe depends on the card that is being photographed. I am with Paige, how do you to that "soft" look?

wow, what a gorgeous card! I prefer clear crisp photos, but the softer ones do also look very nice. I think it is a personal preference thing. whatever you decide to do, your work shines!
