See you next week~
I scored this die a few weeks ago and I totally love it! I love the artsy feel it gives. Add a fun embossed background, and this card...I LOVE IT!
Okay, it's your turn! Come on over to ATCAS #284, Floral, and play along!
The gallery should be fabulous~
Gosh it's the last Monday of the month already! Craziness how fast time flies [when you are retired!]. Today I used [my favorite] the Layered Hummingbird Die Set. This is self CASE from my card last month. With this one, I made it a mini card base, and changed up the colors of this guy.
I started with using the other Large Nature Stamp, again, leaving it just black so the fun guy could shine.
I'll be back next month with more showcasing of Elizabeth Crafts Designs - Everyday Elements.
Don't forget, if you use my code VDUTCHR, you can save 10% off your [min $25] order.
I started with a mini base card base using this luscious color, cut a couple of other panels out of it, and also used the #130 Bright White card stock.
While I don't have an actual unicorn image, I have to say, this color reminds me of one. I also used a touch of the fun Glitter Gold card stock.I started by doing some rough inking on a card panel, then, laying down the stencil and inking it with black! I'm kinda loving this effect. Yeah, the colors aren't great for Spring, but the beautiful Everyday Elements Layered Hummingbird sure is. Even with his golden wings~
It's Monday [again!] and that means it's ECD Day on the ole blog. Let's see what's showing for today...
I once again used the fun Beetles & Bugs Stamp and Die Set and the Tag Variety Pack. The sentiment is from the Playful Sentiments Stamp Set.
A little mix up [by me] that I am showcasing this same set 2 weeks in a row. [sheesh] However, it just goes to show how versatile this set can be [right?]. I do rather love the lady bug.
Here are the colors I used: Yellow Jacket, Light Yellow, Metallic Copper, Dark Teal, and a touch of Bright White.
I saw this lovely color combo on Pinterest and had to use it. The deep richness gets me every time!
I added a vellum balloon for some added interest. Yep, this card works for someone.Yes please! I love this fun card! All the colored card stock came from CutCardStock! They have such an amazing array of colors - perfect for this challenge.
Your turn! You can upload your card over at the JUGS #775 Challenge.
We hope you are inspired - The gallery should look fabulous with all the rainbow colors~
Today I am using the fun Beetles & Bugs Stamp & Die Set.
I used a paper sheet from the Colorful Collective Paper Pad, for the background panel. I like the fun subtle pattern on it. To ground the bugs, I cut some die cuts using the Tag Variety Pack. [You don't always need to make tags. 😉]
To add some thickness and shine to the leaves, I added some Glossy Accents.
That's it for today's card. I'll be back next week~
While I was harvesting my lemon tree, I thought that fruit would be a fun word for this week's challenge.
I had the perfect dies to use too! Elizabeth Craft Designs, Everyday Elements Fresh Fruit. I'm in love with this fun set!
I thought the sentiment worked too. Sick/fruit - yep, that works. Vitamin C ya know~
Your turn! Come on over to the JUGS #774 Challenge and show us how you use fruit.
A mini card base with all kinds of underwater creatures. Yep, totally works for me!
