Addicted to CAS Challenge #218 - One Layer Card

It's been forever since I have made a one layer card.  I do a lot of  CAS, just not one layer!  That said, this is a great challenge.

While I did add some gems, I still do consider this a OLC.  I used a really old [so old] Hero Arts Leaf stamp, and a sentiment from another OOB company, Just Rite.  I have had this sympathy set for like 15 years.  It's a classic, that when needed, works perfectly!

A Couple of Challenges

Ya know, sometimes you just have to make time to play in challenges!  Today is that day for me.

One Layer Wednesday - Your Perfect Day.... Fun challenge Ardyth!

My perfect day? That would be stamping.....

I do not have a "stamp" stamp, so I thought the butterfly would suffice.  Yep, I get a lot of my perfect days -- my dh loves the fact I found a hobby I love doing. Images from GKD Vogue Vases 2 and Bold & Beautiful.

My next challenge [s] - SCS is Featured Stamper today. [I haven't played in this challenge for months!] Paper Players - theme this week is Sympathy.

I started with this card of Janette:

And ended up with this card.

For this sympathy card, I used Just Rite Sympathy Nested Sentiments, along with GKD Picture It.  I sure do love the font of this sentiment - pretty isn't it.
