Seize the Birthday Challenge #297 - Use Something New

For my card today, I used something new from my Laura's box.  It will take me months to use all the different products I got in that goodie box! I also watched a YT video that reminded me about the bokeh effect.  Yep, I tried that too.

I used the gorgeous Stamper Anonymous Tim Holtz Collection, French Garden.  I also have the matching dies, but, I didn't realize that until after I stamped on the background. Sheesh.  [They are now attached together 😁]

My HB is from Memory Box Signature Greetings.  Between the hand writing font, and the matching dies, this is a go to set for me!

Your turn!  Come on over to Seize the Birthday Challenge #297 and play along.  While being something new is an option, being a birthday is not.

So pretty! The colors make this one shine, and even though the floral colors are borrowed from the background, this card rocks!

Pretty card with the bokeh effect and lovely colors. The flower looks great stamped on the background, but glad you found the die that matches.

Wow, I so love that background! The flower really pops over it! Don't know what a "Laura's Box" is, but you nailed it!! :)

This bokeh effect seems to be exactly what this card needs. It's so pretty in the background with these silhouette of your flower. I love how this special effect softens the background. For the inspiration I need to do this more often.
