Out of all the Challenge design teams I am on, this is the most popular. It's easy, and a very popular style. What's better then a stenciled background!
This month, I went with tag. I love using stencils for the bases of a tag background.
I cut a tag shape, and using acrylic paints [lime green] then I painted over [with sea blue] using the STAMPlorations Bubbles Stencil.
I stamped the dried tag with some images [from my unknown stamps in my stash], added a bling, and this tag is done. Easy peasy.
