STAMPlorations Inspiration #354

As the year floats on by [quickly], it's time for the first STAMPlorations inspiration of February.

I started with the negative cut from the Number Die Plate, and then adhered [2 layers] of the positive 64 onto a circle.  Using the Shaker Balloons #3 Oval Dies, I cut the balloons, and stuffed them with the pretty Blue Shimmer Shaker Blends.

A fun card, that will work for either male or female, as long as they will be 64 ;).
