Just Us Girls Challenge #584 - Color Week

Well, I used purple rather then lavender, but it is close, and I'm going with it. :)  II liked the end result and didn't have time to make another one.

I started with a mixed media background on a "page" die, with using ink sprays and stamps.  I cut out some circles, dabbed them in water color paint, drew on some doodles [after I dried the circle dies], and then used some stencils and embossing paste for added texture.

I punched some butterflies [Martha Stewart punches!], stamped and die cut a butterfly from Hero Arts, and added a Simon Says Pre-printed sentiment.  Another card for my stash.

Your turn!  Come on over to Just Us Girls Challenge #584, and show us how you use the colors....

Thanks for stopping by~

Your purple works well with the saturation of the other colors, Vicki. I envy those who can do mixed media. This turned out great!

This is gorgeous! I love how you used the colors and everything you have going on here. That yellow butterfly front and center is beautiful against that background.
