Well, I used purple rather then lavender, but it is close, and I'm going with it. :) II liked the end result and didn't have time to make another one.
I started with a mixed media background on a "page" die, with using ink sprays and stamps. I cut out some circles, dabbed them in water color paint, drew on some doodles [after I dried the circle dies], and then used some stencils and embossing paste for added texture.
I punched some butterflies [Martha Stewart punches!], stamped and die cut a butterfly from Hero Arts, and added a Simon Says Pre-printed sentiment. Another card for my stash.
