We are on to Day 2 of the [belated] Birthday Celebration at STAMPlorations.
For this slimline card, I used the fun slimline Flair Stencil, Shaker Balloons #3, Skinny Sentiments, and lastly, I added some Blue Sequin Shaker Blends to the balloons.
I do rather like this card! :)
