I used the background stencil Wavy Dots Slimline Stencil in a different way. I made a small rectangle template, taped it over the stencil, and then sponged on color onto the card panel. I love the way this turned out, and now, I have another way to extend the use of a stencil. That's a good thing.
I totally love this bird - he makes me smile every time I color him :). My sentiment is from the Brave One stamp set.
