Just Us Girls Challenge #542 - Photo Inspiration Week

Out of all the photos we have had over the years, I think this is a beauty!  I am loving this challenge, and the gallery is going to be stunning!

I started by sponging on color with Distress Oxides [they blend beautifully!].  I grabbed some [retired] images from Gina K Designs stamps, and using Versafine Onyx Black ink, I stamped the images.

I also used a sentiment from the OOB Inspired By Stamping.  I must say, I love my card! :)

Your turn.  Come on over to the JUGS Challenge #542 and play along.  I can't wait to see the gallery this week!

Thanks for stopping by~

Wow, Vicki. You've captured this tropical sunset scene so beautifully. The gray shades at the base are a great balance to the heated look of the background scene. tfs-stay well.

Breath-taken-away gorgeous, Vicki! I love the way you've reflected the sun on the water; so eye-catching. This card warrants framing (as many of your cards do). Love it!

Wow..Stunning Sunset, Vicki!!! Your blending is gorgeous and love how you added a sponged line where the sun was setting. It added so much dimension and the allusion that the sun was setting into the water. Wonderful stamped palm trees and wildflowers and...the perfect sentiment! Thank you so much for sharing. Stay safe and Creative, my friend. Hugs..Nancy

What fabulous inking, Vicki. You managed a horizon, a setting sun and its reflection in the water all with a blending tool.
