Addicted to CAS Challenge #180

Well, this challenge is easy.  There are all kinds of ways to use circles on your card!

 I used a stencil for my background, and on a separate card scrap, I sponged on ink, and cut out a circle.  The sentiment is from The Project Bin, Wild Thing.

Makes for a great generic birthday card.
