Just Us Girls Challenge #511 - Photo Inspiration Week

Pretty Fall photo, right?

Yep, its that time of year with all the Fall colors.  Do you get the Fall colors where you live?  Here in Arizona where I live, not so much.  Boring brown.  That said, I do like seeing the online inspiration in blogland.

For my card today I used some Hero Arts products [all retired, sorry], along with a couple of Heartfelt Creations products; Oakberry Lane Blossoms stamp set, along with the matching dies. I used the Joseph's Coat Technique for my background. I started with a script background [SU!], and went from there.

I had every intention of coloring the flowers, but thought they looked okay with just gold embossing.  What do you think?

Okay, your turn.  How does the photo inspire you?  Come on over to JUGS Challenge and play along.

Thanks for stopping by~

Wow! That background absolutely glows and I love the technique you used on it. The gold embossed flowers are perfect just as they are.

I had to delay commenting so I could watch the video. I think I've done this before but it's good to have a reminder and I can't wait to do it. Your background is beautiful, Vicki, and the flowers pop left white.

Gorgeous background and great technique - sure is an oldie. Love how you left those flowers just pop off the page in gold.
