The topping this week is vellum.
I had all these cut out circles laying on my desk and thought - why not? So, I made a card out of them. My balloons [made from vellum] are from MFT Party Balloons and dies, with a sentiment from Label Maker Sentiments, and the happy is Crafty Cutts Dies.
