I used Inspired By Stamping Watercolor Sentiments, and an actual piece of chalk for the chalkboard effect. ;) That striped background paper is a digital paper freebie from IBS. [Just subscribe to the IBS newsletter - Joanna sends out a freebie every month, and they are only available for a short period of time, unless you download them that is]
I also went on play in the Muse Challenge #122, and entered this also into [new to me] The Paper Girls #82; Happy Birthday, and Stamp Ink Paper #1; favorites.
I used MFT Balloons [and dies], along with a sentiment from Simon Says Happy, and Small Folded Banner die.
