Playing in the Muse Challenge

My stamper friend Kimberley is the Muse this week over at Muse.  She is always such a support of my work, and I adore her work = I had to join in the challenge!  Hi Kim!

I used the fun Simon Says stamp set, Flower Friend and added on a few enamel dots.

Here is Kimberly's card;

Have you joined in with the Muse Challenge this week?  Come on over and play along!

Dazzling Divas #45 with Avery Elle!

It's Dazzling Divas Challenge #45 today and we are also hopping with Avery Elle!  Today's challenge is a tag or packaging.

I, of course, made a tag.

I used the gorgeous Pucker Me Pink and Golden Glimmer Craft Sheets, along with the Avery Elle Rounded Diamonds Elle-ments.  I also washi taped an envelope to hold the gift tag [for a co-worker gift].  I'll probably make 3 more tags so I have a set.

A little tidbit; my MC label?  That is a hand held machine that my DH has had for 25 years+.  I have seen these type of labels on cards and really liked the look.  After going to the office supply store, I was told they haven't carried the label tape for at least 4 YEARS!  So, I went on line, ordered what I hope would work and WA LA!  Success.  Me and my ancient label maker are going to be friends! :)  I love it!

Okay, back to the challenge -- pop on over to Add a Little Dazzle blog, check out the hop and then, play in the challenge!  Making a tag is easy to do.  Hope to see your entry.

SCS Color Challenge #CC498

For the colors this week, Barbara chose; Eggplant Envy, Crushed Curry and Garden Green with a dessert of a leaf.

Using the newly released Inspired By Stamping Flower of the Month Asters, I was able to get 2 of the 3 colors, and my added tag got in that 3rd color.  Well, kind of, I used Summer Starfruit because I didn't have the Crushed Curry.

Do you like the colors?  Come on over to SCS Color and play along!  We would love to see you join in~

Fun with Friends Coffee Hop

Today, some stampers have gotten together for a super fun coffee hop. Working for Starbucks for the last 15 years, of course I had to play along!  Chaitali Narla has a Linky over on her blog, Cuts, Crops & Creativity, so everyone who wants to join in can!  There are tons of prizes to be won too!  [That is always the fun part, right?]

I used a deboss technique with my embossing folder inked up for my background, and used the only coffee cup I have from There She Goes, Let's Get Together.  [To find this set, you will have to Google it since TSG is OOB].  Went a tad crazy with the super bright green, but that is the way I work!

Virginia suggested we answer a few coffee questions:

When did you start drinking coffee?  I was 16 and "cool"
Do you have a favorite brand of coffee?  You betcha - Starbucks Verona.
Have you ever had an amazing cup of coffee?  I had some Christmas Blend that my mil had a few years ago -- LOVED it, have no idea who made it ;(
What happens if you don't get your coffee?  I get a huge caffeine headache and I am exhausted! [No addiction here folks! :)]

I also needed some Thank You cards for my customers.  Because I need quite a few, I kept it really simple.

Now, grab your cup of Joe, and pop on over to the hop to play along, or just have some fun looking at coffee cards!

Inspired By Stamping September Release - Final Day

It's the final day of the Inspired By Stamping September Release.  Today I am showcasing;

Teeny Tiny Greetings

I made a project today.  My pillow box is a Silhouette purchase [that has really come in handy for holding small gifts and/or tags I make for gifts].  It also works perfectly with the Teeny Tiny Greetings set.  I love the different fonts on this set.

It's been an amazing week showcasing the September Release for all of you. I hope you pop on over to the Inspired By Stamping blog and see the other designer's cards, along with the last chance at the blog candy!

Inspired By Stamping September Release - Day 4

And, we are on to Day 4 for the Inspired By Stamping September Release.  Today, I am showcasing;

Flower of the Month; Aster

 I used water coloring on this card on Neenah card stock.  I really like the effect.

On this one I used Copics and did some fussy cutting because I didn't want any framing from the SVG cut.

I am completely in love with this set!  I popped over to Pinterest to see these flowers and WOW!  Amazing the colors these flowers come in.  Makes it so easy to color them.

Be sure and go over to the Inspired By Stamping blog for more eye candy AND the blog candy!

I'll be back tomorrow for the last day.  Are you liking the release so far?  I loved creating from them I have to say!

Dazzling Divas #44

  This week is a color challenge, use at least 3 of the colors in the above photo.  I used Brushed Copper Craft Metal, Dark Rich Chocolate Craft Metal, and Golden Glimmer Craft Metal.  I just love the way the metal embosses, so beautifully, all the leaf details!  [Spellbinders Harvest Leaves]
You can order the craft metal sheets HERE. [I do get credit :)]

If you like Fall, I know this photo inspires you!  Hopefully, you will pop on over to the Dazzling Diva's Challenge #44 and play along.  Be sure and check out the Team's samples - whoa, simply fabulous.

Inspired By Stamping September Release - Day 3

It's Inspired By Stamping's Day 3 of the September Release.  Today I am showcasing

Diamonds - [This set is free this month [see IBS blog for the details]

I love the way this set works so awesomely for a background!  My sentiment is from the set showcasing on Friday; Teeny Tiny Greetings.  I also used the fabulous Cooktown Orchid from Australian Nature.

Again, be sure and pop on over to the Inspired By Stamping blog to see the other cards being showcased, along with the blog candy!
