Dazzling Divas #68

This week is be inspired by the photo.  It's so pretty that's an easy one!

Of course I had to go the coffee route - it's a inspired cup ;).  I picked up the colors by using Baby Blue, [the back for silver of the lid], Garland Green and Princess Pink metal sheets.  My cup is a Stamps of Life Coffee Cup die, and I used an embossing folder for the texture on the cup.

It's your turn now.  Remember, you don't need to use craft metal, just make a card inspired by the above photo, and upload it.  There is a prize~ click on graphic to pop over to Dazzling Divas #68.

Just Us Girls #285 - Color

I love this type of color challenge!  Black & White with one always looks so elegant.

For my card today I CASED one of my most loyal followers; Petra Swart.  I adore this girl's creations [she wins a lot of challenges too]  I chose this card of her's to CASE;

[Besides her amazing outdoor photography], I love her use of neutral colors.  When she adds in a pop of color - oh be still my heart.  She is an amazing card maker!   [Be sure and check out her blog :)]

Anyway, I used my go-to PTI Rosie Posie, Rosie Posie Step 2 and dies, along with a Spellbinder scroll die.

What color do you see with black & white?  Whatever it is, come on over to Just Us Girls Challenge and play along!

Stamps of Life

Today I am using the super fun, [newly released] Happy Birthday Steps-Up Die from the Stamps of Life.

I also used the [] Coffee 4 Two stamp set, along with the Coffee Cup Dies.  I know I will be using this set a lot.

The Happy Birthday Steps-Up Die is so easy, you simply die cut it out, and fold. It comes with the inner dies also.  How simple is that?
On a side note, I went to the CKC Craft Fair [in Phoenix] specifically to introduce myself to Stephanie Bernard [owner of The Stamps of Life], along with her assistant and DT Coordinator, Fayleen Tonkin.

Unfortunately, Fayleen took the photo, so I didn't get one with her too.  The booth was crazy busy, and I felt fortunate to get this one picture taken.  [Thanks Fayleen]  Stephanie is as real as she is in her videos [very nice!] - I love meeting stampers [and owners] face to face.

Dazzling Divas #67

It's Spring time over at the Dazzling Divas #67.

A Spring time window view. :)  I used Golden Glimmer, Perfect Peacock and Pucker Me Pink metal sheets and Garland Green, along with Brushed Bronze for my window.  I used a lot of the sheets for this fun card.

The challenge for you [should you decide to play], is make a Spring card.  Metal sheets are not required so basically, you have no excuse not to join in the challenge!  Hope to see you there~  click on the graphic to pop on over and check out the other samples~

The Male Room #6 and A Walk Down Memory Lane

It's the Male Room time.  This week is all about under water.

I did draw a blank on this challenge - I didn't want to use fish.  Off to Pinterest I go.

I used Hero Arts Love, long with the jar die.  My rose is from STAMPlorations, Blossom Overture.  Here is my inspiration;

Okay, your turn -- come on over to The Male Room and play along!  I can't wait to see what is created~  This is the last week for a DT call -- check it out when you pop over.

It is also my day over at A Walk Down Memory Lane.
