Inspired By Stamping Release - Day 1

It's the almost release time at Inspired By Stamping [official FRIDAY, October 2nd].  I will be with you all week showcasing one set per day.

Today I am featuring; Big Sympathy.  This is the Freebie set [buy $50 worth of product and receive this free]

I used Brushos for my background.  The softness is perfect for a sympathy card.

I send pet sympathy cards out a lot.  More then people ones thankfully, which is good, but not. I feel very strongly that pets are part of family, and everyone is sad when one dies.  I also used Diamonds for a subtle background, with a die cut from my Silhouette.

I adore this set -- it has some really appropriate sentiments in it.

Teeny Tiny Greetings

I made a project today.  My pillow box is a Silhouette purchase [that has really come in handy for holding small gifts and/or tags I make for gifts].  It also works perfectly with the Teeny Tiny Greetings set.  I love the different fonts on this set.

Inspired By Stamping September Release - Day 4

And, we are on to Day 4 for the Inspired By Stamping September Release.  Today, I am showcasing;

Flower of the Month; Aster

 I used water coloring on this card on Neenah card stock.  I really like the effect.

On this one I used Copics and did some fussy cutting because I didn't want any framing from the SVG cut.

I am completely in love with this set!  I popped over to Pinterest to see these flowers and WOW!  Amazing the colors these flowers come in.  Makes it so easy to color them.

Inspired By Stamping September Release - Day 1

Inspired By Stamping is having the September Release this week.  This is an amazing release, and I have gone bonkers creating all kinds of different cards for your inspiration.  I also have a post [with 2 other designers] over on the IBS Blog.

Today we are releasing Australian Nature;

I love this flower.  I looked it up on Pinterest [since I don't know flowers at all].  I adore the colors!

I also used Vintage Banners, Just Because Sentiments, and Background Basics II.






























Once again, Pinterest comes to the rescue to see the colors of this type of butterfly.  Seems to only be one color, but definitely can be any color you like.  I mean, really, how well do you know butterflies?

I also used Vintage Banners and Big Notes for my sentiment.

Apparently I don't know Australian nature at all since I had to look up this bird over on Pinterest too.  Again, fabulous colored bird!  I can only wish to see these in Arizona!

My sentiment is from another new release.... later this week.
