I am creating this card for the Instagram Embossing Folder Hop. The theme is the Blackout Technique. I grabbed an embossing folder, and went on to create a coffee card. There's a win.
For my first attempt I tried a yellow "blackout" - I did not like it. So, I went back to actual black, and was happy the way the sunflowers stood out. I added some yellow for a slight Spring/Summer feel.
I have had this cup die for many years - never using it. It became a goal to use it. I added some designer papers to separate the cups, and it's okay. This card will work.

Gorgeous card! I love the sunflower embossing folder and the colors and design of the cup are so well matched! This blackout is one of my favorite techniques!
