Today I am showcasing my cards using only 2 images out of the 4 images [2 of each in package] included in the packs. [I am using Italia] You can go HERE to see ALL the other gorgeous selections. You will be glad you did!
When I saw this first card front, I instantly thought of the eclipse technique. Using the Curly Label Tags, I cut out a "frame" and used some dimension tape for added texture, and also be able to see the "pop up" portion.
When it came time to add a sentiment and keep this beautiful image mostly showing, I went with a simple Thanks from the Skinny Sentiments Word Dies.

With this second card, I used another card front, and I turned it into a mixed media card. Since you get 2 images of each you can play around with different techniques! That totally works for me!
I started by lightly painting a few streaks of white acrylic paint over the card front, let it dry, and then started adding some stamped images from the Mixed Media Grunge Stamp Set. I also stenciled on some black embossing paste with the Dots All Over Stencil.
For some added fun, I used the Fall For Coffee ATC Ephemera, and cut out 2 coffee cups. I added on a sentiment from Anywhere There's Coffee Stamp Set on one of the cups. For even more fun, I added some twine behind the images before adhering all down. Finally, to finish off this mixed media card, I used the Tag #1 Nesting Dies, to add a tiny little tag in the upper left corner.
I'm really loving how this turned out! The subtle effect of the image in the background is fabulous.
