I do enjoy making Summer type cards -using images works for me!
My Teammate, Carol [Hostess for this challenge], has motivated me to use my Gina K Designs Master 14 die. Yep, this comes with a matching stencil too.
I inked on a beach and water, and then popped up the "summer" items. I should have made the sunglasses more of a mirror type, but, glasses work too. The dp I used for the thongs looks "dirty", which, again works,😀 as they look like a pair I have! Added to Inspired By Challenge; summer

So happy to see you embrace the postage dies - what a wonderful way to showcase it with the sand + water stenciling. That, plus flip-flops and sunglasses makes for a delightful 'summer things' card.

This is a great summer card Vicki...with flip flops and sunglasses you are ready to hit the beach. Maybe those glasses are the ones whose lenses turn darker in the sun!

Vicki... the simple beach background gone postal. Would be so un just to have a simple shell on each postage stamp. Really love what you did!
Vicki, I just got home from a day trip to a botanical garden where we walked for miles in 92-degree weather in walking sandals - and I now have blisters on the soles of my feet!
My next walk will involve walking along the Lake shore - barefoot!!
