I'm the Hostess for this challenge, and, I do love this photo I found.
As per usual, I kind of copied the photo. [That's how I roll with mood boards.] I was so inspired by the colors, the bright flowers that I went with that. Interestingly enough, I found this stamp/die set [in my stash] from Pretty Pink Posh that was still in the sealed package! Yep, I have it for what 5 years? So crazy how we "file away" product and forget we have it! I'm glad I found it 😀
I even colored with my Copics! It's been forever since I used those too. I'm on a roll using my "unused" products - Yay me!
I'm also working on my photography/ staging. [It is an on-going challenge] I want my cards to look their best. I was rather happy with both the card, and the photo. What do you think? I would love some feedback~
Meanwhile, I hope you are inspired by the mood board, and play along over at JUGS #780!

Vicki, I love that photo - it seems to be a painting? Your card beautifully represents it - and go YOU for getting those Copics out again!
Do you remember the source of your photo? I'd love to know more about it!

WOW! Beautiful rendition of the mood board; I guess the 'new' stamps and dies were waiting for the perfect opportunity to be showcased, even if it took 5 years to do so. And yes, I have a number of goodies still awaiting attention in my stash, too. Your photos look fantastic. Whatever you're doing, carry on.

I don't even remember this PPP set but you've used it beautifully! This is vibrant and eye catching!
Those long forgotten flowers are perfect replicas of the poppies, Vicki, and I love how you split the sand with water on the background.
Vicki, this card is amazing and beautiful! I'm so glad you found that stamp set because you worked magic with it! And your card staging is amazing too, something I'm terrible with...
This is so stunning Vicki! The flowers are beautiful and your blended background works great for this design!
Vicki...love the card! I am laughing bc your scenario is what prompted me to catalog everything I have (except paper and ink) in Evernote.
Those bold flowers are beautiful Vicki - and you captured your card perfectly. I love that you too took your inspo directly from the photo, as did I - yet our cards are so different! Even when you think you are being literal, there is still so much scope for interpretation!
Beautiful take on your beautiful mood board Vicki.
The mood board is a stunner and you have certinly done it justice with this fabulous card. The layout and design are perfect and your colouring is awesome.
