Party Time! Lots of bright colors too.
I'll be honest, I searched Pinterest for Fiesta and came up with a perfect inspiration photo!
The best part of this card is I used a die I haven't touched in years! Yep, Tim Holtz Mini Paper Rosettes. It has the 2 sizes, and over all, fun to create with. I started with some designer paper, inked swiped on the colors, and then cut and created the rosettes.
I cut some fringe banners, and added a pre-stamped sentiment. A fast and easy card 😃
