Just Us Girls Challenge #771 - Moodboard Week

This is a fun mood board!  Screams Easter to me.  Let's see what I created:

I pulled from my Laura's box the Pink Fresh Geo Blocks stencil, and went to work! Once I got the 3 stencils inked up, it needed something.  So, I went back to my Laura's box and pulled out a Tim Holtz stamp set, French Garden, along with the dies from Simon Says that match Tim's set. [all retired]

I stamped the image, cut it out, and ink sprayed the flower.  [I wasn't in the mood to color.]  Adding a Hb [Colorado Craft Company Big & Bold] this card was done!

You get a twofer from me today!  Because the stencils had so much ink on them, I spritzed with water, and laid them [1 by 1] onto some watercolor paper.  What a lovely soft effect this gave.  As stated earlier, the mood board screamed Easter, so I went with that theme.  I used the adorable bunny from Elizabeth Craft Designs, Picnic Basket & Bunny Die Set

The HE is also ECD, Playful Sentiments.

Okay, your turn!  Come on over to JUGS #771, and show us how the mood board inspires you.

Thanks for stopping by~

Vicki, I love that bold rose and stenciled background and resulting save of all that ink, too! I love this little bunny and will be sad when the season for it will be over!

Wow you have been busy Vicki making those beautiful cards. Love the bold coloured stencil work and that flower is a stunner. Cute bunny and pretty background.

I have that stencil and know how carefully you inked to get all those colors in their place, Vicki. I never think to do the spritzing stencil technique and the result you got is fantastic.

Two awesome cards! I love how you used that stencil both ways for two entirely different cards!
