Jumping in with a New Technique

The Group of Seven Cardmakers showcased a very cool technique that I really wanted to try. Dry Embossing with Re-inker Watercoloring.  I took some time this am and got addicted! I ended up making 3!

I just love how the background color POPS off the page!  You all know, I do love me bright colors!

Each Happy came from the extra side ink that I ran card stock through - it worked perfectly for the front sentiment, and I love the "matching".

I'm also entering this into Simon Says Monday Challenge; Add Some Texture. [Embossing folders]

Thanks for the fun 7 Girls - I had a blast!

Thanks for stopping by~

I worked on this technique a little this afternoon, Vicki - I sure didn't get the dark background as you did. Well, honestly, I didn't use black so that's part of it. The second is my ink kept 'beading up' on my folder... still love the results so I'll share it soon.
Just LOVE your second card and would love to know whose ef that is, when you have a minute!
Three gorgeous cards using this fab technique!
