The Male Room Challenge #165 - ATC

Oh yes!  I love me some ATCs!

I just made 1 today.  While I do love ATC's, I never know what to do with them! I have used them as bookmarks, and baggage tags, but besides that....what?  What do you do with your ATC's?

(To better see this, I only did a large blow up of the photo.  Extra large was totally in-your-face close.)  I started by adding texture for the base with an embossing folder.  I dug through my water color panels, found this rainbow, and ripped it to size. Stamped a few sentiments for added interest, and went on to cut the [unbranded] die out, the feather, and trimmed the sentiment, and adhered all to the ATC base.

Yep, I do love the rainbow backing with the stark black.  Screams masculine to me!

Your turn!  Come on over to The Male Room Challenge, and show us your masculine ATC.  I'm looking forward to the gallery for this challenge!

Thanks for stopping by~

Never made an atc before far too small for my sausage fingers and I wouldn't know what to do with them either. Yours is fabulous, bold, masculine and so much detail packed into such a small space. Well done you!

Really lovely ATC, I like the black against the colourful background. I don’t know what to do with ATC’s either! I might turn mine into toppers for cards! X

Hello, Vicki.
I follow you from the CAS challenge.
My email address has changed to igemini48 at yah.oo.

Now ATC - I used to do them just for fun, then got seriously involved with cards ;-) and just discovered CAS.
I now use play cards which are the same size as ATC and use them for a focal point in cards, kind of like Cecile Ribon does - she inspires me so.
Have you heard of ATC where "C" stands for Coin - a circle shape 2 inches in diameter? They are also fun to play with, a shape that we, cardmakers, rarely deal with.

Your masculine card is very effective, and classy, attracted my attention. Where is this challenge happening? I would like to participate in it too.

Thank you, stay inspired.

Marina.

Oh, silly me, it is ATC challenge, not the card.

Cool. And I found the link. Going to see what's going on there...
