STAMPlorations Inspiration #353

It's time for my STAMPloration inspiration.  Today I am going with a sympathy card.  Fortunately, I don't "need" it currently, but I will have it in my stash if I do.

I grabbed an inked panel from my stash, and because this is a sympathy card, I wanted the colors muted.  Vellum works perfectly for what I wanted.  I used the flower image from Bloomfully: Sparkle, and a sentiment from Blooming Buds in simple black ink.

Simple, but I hope appropriate.

You can see more inspiration over on the STAMPlorations Blog.  Meanwhile, don't forget to leave a comment for the monthly prize draw!

That background turned out so pretty!! These are fantastic cards to have on hand for sure! Great idea to sit down and make alcohol backgrounds for duplicates!

Gorgeous background! I love alcohol ink on vellum and you get two different looks depending on which side of the vellum is up! Love this!
