I ink blended my background with Ranger Oxide; Peacock Feathers, Salty Ocean, and Lucky Clover

Then using the classy stencil from ARTplorations; Faces: Chic, I inked on some Memento Tuxedo Black ink. My sentiment is from Simon Says Pre-printed.
