Happy 75th Birthday Nancy!

Loll Thompson over at Stamping with Loll, is running a birthday card link up for fellow stamper, Nancy Littrell's 75th birthday! While I have never met Nancy (in person), I have known her work for years.  I first "met" her over at Splitcoast Stampers many years ago.  Currently, she also designs for STAMPlorations, so we are teammates there too.  I am happy to share in Nancy's major milestone birthday [even though I am late as usual!]

At first, I thought about putting the age number on her card, but then I changed my mind, and went with an "easier to mail" card.  I did some direct to paper with my ink pads, and then colored some embossing paste and using the ARTplorations Happy Flowers Stencil, I scraped the paste onto the card panel.

I added some white paint, some Ultra Fine Sharpie lines for more definition on the flowers, and lastly, I added a sentiment from Simon Says Clean Lines Everyday.  I like this card, I hope she does too.

Happy late birthday Nancy!  I hope it was excellent!

Thanks for stopping by~

Wow..I got your Gorgeous textured flowers birthday card today, my friend! You took beautiful photos, but your card is even more Stunning IRL, Vicki. It is a must touch kind of card design with the colored paste thru the Happy Flowers Stencil. Also your swiped colored background is so beautiful, yet does not take away from the flowers. I loved your outlining and doodling on your flowers too. I will treasure your special card for a special birthday:-) I am so pleased you joined Lolly's surprise birthday blog hop party. Boy, was I surprised and my twin, Margie was here for a couple days celebrating with Denny and I and got in on Loll's party and thought it was so cool too:-) Yes, it was and still is a very special birthday. I am still getting cards from my friends:-) Thank you again, Vicki. Love and Hugs...Nancy
