Here is the finished card:
I've said it before, I am a huge pet sympathy card sender. Those 4-legged kids are very important to most us, and I feel their passing is worth recognizing. That said, let's get on to the fun I had making this card! For this card, I used the newly released Rainbow Bridge, and the fun Pawprints Chipboard.
See how shiny? For the 3 kraft colored chips, I inked them with Versamark, and embossed with the Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel you see in the photo. Once cooled, I did another layer the same way. When it melts, it gives such a fun effect, all shiny and thicker. [For once, my photo really shows the end result perfectly]. For the red one, I used the Ranger paint to paint the chipboard first, and then repeated the embossing steps. I loved the end result of these paw hearts, and they helped to make a fabulous sympathy card.
Have you ever created with chipboard? It is really fun!

Such a thoughtful card, Vicki. Like the ultra thick embossing on the chipboard pieces. tfs-stay well.
I love those pretty hearts with the paw prints in them.
The glossy finish look great! And you're right, about the loss of a pet being recognized ;)
