I needed to make a card for the new Artzy Community Group over on Facebook hosted by the Dare 2B Artzy Company. This will be a new group, that as soon as it is open to the general public, I will link it for you all [if you are interested]. This group will have many card samples using Dare 2B Artzy images, along with a discount code that you will be able to use for purchasing D2BA products. Until it is open [to the public], the Design Team will be adding some of the cards we have created for your preview. Meanwhile I wanted to share it here on my blog, as I am joining in at a few challenges; CAS Mix Up June Challenge - ombre, CAS Watercolor June Challenge; blue, and finally Simon Says Monday Challenge; vacation.
DH and I are heading to the ocean [don't have that here in Arizona], and we will also be taking a hot air balloon ride [got to love Groupon, right!] That covers the vacation challenge. I did an ombre water colored background, and of course, it is blue, so my challenges are are covered!
I used the super fun Hot Air Balloon stamp set [with matching dies] from D2BA to create my card. I also used my new Arteza Everblend Markers. To be honest, they were not expensive, and they color okay, but they are a long way from Copics. [They will be my backup markers after this try of them].
It is rather enjoyable joining in challenges -- it has been months. Thanks to all of them :)
