For my card today, I am using the fun Trendy Springs Blooms [with matching dies], along with the Trendy Birds 2 stamp sets.
I started with a water colored background, and layered from there.
[I did use my Scan & Cut for cutting out the bird.] I arranged the left flower cluster, covered it with some press and seal, and then used adhesive spray for gluing it on to the panel.
