STAMPlorations Inspiration #172

For my card, I used the new released Bloomtangled 2 Cover Plate Die   [it's so popular!], along with the Happy and Birthday Word Dies.  I sponged a card panel with Ranger Oxide Inks, and glued the cut out cover plate over the top.  I cut 2 HB [layered them,] and shadowed them with a black cut out.
