I used the CUTplorations Christmas Tree #1 die, and cut it out from an inked panel I made. [I am having so much fun playing with ink - you never know what the outcome will be.] That is fun to me.

I also went on to play in Inspired by All the Little Things #74. I loved the inspiration photo they had!
I am caught up with Christmas cards, so I am working on my birthday stash now. As you can see, I make cards ahead of time. (That said, it doesn't mean I get them mailed out on time! One of my 2018 goals -- cards mailed in time!) My star [Pierced Star] and numbers [Emmit Numbers - retired] are from MFT. I scored the card base, and then swiped an ink pad across the paper for the wood grain effect. I love this card!
Challenges~ Thanks I had fun :)
Thanks for stopping by~

Both cards are fabulous Vicki! I love the vibrant greens and blues of that inked panel (reminds me of gemstones) and that 'wooden' panel on the second as a background is great! Have a lovely weekend! Luv & Hugs. Hazel xx

Both are terrific, as always. You are so talented!
Great cards, Vicki. I love the colors. You're smart to be working on 2018 cards. I'm finishing up my Christmas cards.
Both cards are so beautiful! I think the colors on that tree die almost look like a foiled design. Your colors are just perfect together.
Both cards are fab. The Christmas tree really is striking against the backdrop. I love the star card, its simple but very stylish x
Wow your inked panel for the tree is incredible! I like your star card too, terrific design. These are awesome Vicki!
