So, for today, I am joining in at CAS Mix Up October Challenge; layering stencils.
For my card, I used a Heidi Swapp stencil that I have (had like forever!) I covered this stencil, with a stencil that Loll gave me over a year ago [probably 2, as fast as time goes], to do the layering stencil technique. I then used stitched rectangles dies for my framework. I like the way that this card stays CAS, but has a little pop with the framing. Still qualifies for the challenge too!

I went on to create a very easy card for a new to me challenge; If You Give a Crafter a Cookie #79; photo inspiration, along with the October Craft Stamper Magazine Take It, Make It; anything goes.
Let's start with the fun cookie photo;
And, my card:
I was inspired by the colors, and the spider. I stamped the background dots with PTI Polka Dots Basic 2, and, the web and spider are stickers I had. A fun card, that was so easy to make :).
That's it for my Monday -- thanks challenges - it was fun!

I absolutely love your gorgeous cards. You always make such bright and cheery designs.
Great cards - I especially like the spider card.
Wow is that heart beautifully done!! And I'm smitten with the orange polka dots even if there is a big ol' spider dangling on them!!
Great job with the stencils! I may have to get mine out and use them more!
Love the bright colours you've used for your layered stenciling of heart and leaves, Vicki! And I love the white happy with the black outline ... really pops. Great design, my friend. Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Mix Up! xx
