It's the 17th, and that means it is time for the monthly Calling All Sistahs Hop, [and your reminder too!] Today marks the 1 year anniversary of Michelle's [owner of CAS-ual Fridays and creator of this hop] diagnosis of breast cancer. Fortunately, it was caught early, and she is now cancer free! Today's hop is all about encouraging our fellow sistahs, and also a reminder to get your mammogram.
For this card, I am using the brand new release; Word Ribbon. (It has been created to be used with the Ruffled Ribbon Fri Die.) Another wonderful set for making cards, and sending them out to friends, or family members who have been diagnosed with this awful disease. This set is available for purchase today.

Such a wonderful card Vicki! I love the bright colors you used and I just love the ribbon die cut. As someone recently diagnosed with breast cancer, I just want to stress the importance of self exams and knowing your body.
