I used Imagine Craft's; Creative Medium Chartreuse Iridescent Cream, and a sentiment from CAS-ual Fridays Mon Ami.
This medium is pretty cool stuff! You start with black card stock, paint on the medium, and wait for it to dry. The end result is very awesome!
It goes on clear, but dries with a really pretty, shimmering coverage. Then, using a die [CAS-ual Friday Mon Ami Fri-die], I cut out my image.
I also made this one, using the Turquoise Creative Medium.

Have never heard of that cream, but it creates a wonderful shimmer, hey!!! So beautiful!!!! Love that you've kept both cards rather simple to have the lovely image stand out!!!
