Starting with a panel of water color paper, I wetted it down with a paintbrush, and touched my paint filled brush to the panel. I let the colors spread, and then re-spritzed with water. Once I dried it with my heat gun, I embossed my sentiment [Fond Expressions] and added a punched heart for contrast. A basic water colored card, that I really like :)
