An ABC Project for Challenges

I have a friend who is leaving Arizona. She is such a pleasant person, and I am really going to miss her.  For her going away, I wanted to make her a fun project -- one that will be helpful for her to keep in touch with her friends in Arizona.

It's called a Stationary Box.  It is the perfect gift!

Isn't it fun?
I have filled it with tags [for small gifts inside the card], and of course cards, along with an address book, pen, and some scratch paper.  I just love how it opens up into a mini desk!

I am entering this project into Freshly Made Sketches #222 [front decoration layout],

AEIHeart Challenge #33; friendship [I used Laurels and Simply Said Hello], and most importantly, More Than One Score February Challenge; blue [or pink]. While they probably wanted some type of Valentine - I did use blue, and I never would of been able to make this project without my Scor- Pal!

I can't wait to give this to my friend!  I sure hope she likes it.

Thanks for stopping by~

What a sweet and thoughtful gift, Vicki. I know she will love it and what's more, she'll think if you each time she uses it.

What a GREAT gift for your friend, Vicki!!!! ...and it's all so neatly made ...it looks fabulous!!! The purple en yellow is beautiful!!!! I always make a box for my cards, but have never put such a wonderful selection of goodies inside the box (...and my box is just an ordinary little corrugated cardboard box decorated on the top - nothing as wonderful as this!!!!) I think I might just use this idea when I need a special gift again, Vicki!!! It's really cute!!!!
Have a wonderful day!!!

That's an amazing gift! How talented are you - and I love the colours of the paper you chose - blue and yellow are so cheery. She's a lucky lady, even though she'll be sad too no doubt. Xx

Your friend will love this idea and think of you every time she uses it. Love the happy colors and that way it opens to a desk. Is there a tutorial for this?
