I used the Hero Arts Chevron Background stamp [retired], along with a fairly new HA, Happy Stamp & Cut. My bfly is Memory Box.
I smooshed a piece of card stock, and then cut out my Happy. I love the look of smooshing - so fun! I used MFT Balloons with hot, hot colors. Yep, my type of card!
