I like this trend and water coloring has been around for quite a while. While there are some over-the-top amazing artists out there, I am not one of them :). I stick with the basics.
I stamped my Hero Arts Tiny Flags and embossed in clear. I sprayed water on the panel, and brushed on my water colors. Like I said, I stick with the basics. My sentiment is a MFT set I won, My Favorite Sentiments [retired].
